Making & dispatch
Every piece is printed to order, so allow one to three working days in the atelier before it ships. Canvas and framed pieces are boxed with corner protection.
Delivery times
In the Netherlands and Belgium your piece arrives in 3 to 7 working days: one to three days of printing, two to four in transit. Further afield in Europe it can take a few days longer. You will receive tracking as soon as your parcel is collected.
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 working days
- Germany, France & nearby: 3–5 working days
- Rest of Europe: 5–8 working days
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders from €69, anywhere in Europe. Below that it is €4.95. You always see the amount before you pay.
Returns
Every piece is made to order from your own design, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind, which is standard for personalised work. Instead, you approve the design before we print, and if the print does not match the design you approved, or arrives damaged, we remake and reship it free. Just contact the studio.
Damaged in transit
It is rare, but if anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we will remake and reship at no charge.
