Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Every piece is made to order from the design you approve.
Prices & payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is taken at checkout via our provider.
Delivery & returns
See shipping & returns. Made-to-order pieces are exempt from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right; instead we remake or reship free if a print is faulty or damaged.
Custom & trade
Bespoke and trade orders may carry separate terms, agreed in writing before production.
