Making & dispatch
Every piece is printed to order, so allow one to three working days in the atelier before it ships. Paper travels in a rigid tube or flat mailer; canvas and framed editions are boxed with corner protection.
Delivery times
Most European destinations arrive within a week of ordering. You will receive tracking as soon as your parcel is collected.
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 working days
- Germany, France & nearby: 3–5 working days
- Rest of Europe: 5–8 working days
Shipping costs
Shipping is included in the price. Whatever you order and wherever in Europe you are, nothing is added at checkout.
Returns
Every piece is made to order from your own design, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind, which is standard for personalised work. Instead, you approve the design before we print, and if the print does not match the design you approved, or arrives damaged, we remake and reship it free. Just contact the studio.
Damaged in transit
It is rare, but if anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we will remake and reship at no charge.
